Who we are. Who we’re for. Why we exist.

The Practice.

Our philosophy

You’ve done the therapy.
You’ve hired the trainers.
You’ve sat with spiritual guides,
journals
and routines.
Still, something feels off.

You want to feel like yourself
but you’re not even sure
what that means anymore.

At this stage, you’re not
looking for more hype.
You’re looking for care
that
truly holds you.

Marrow+Loom
is that kind of care.

We are not performative wellness.
We are not toxic positivity
wrapped in soft language.
We are not interested in forcing
routines or chasing “more.”

We are structured, integrative,
and deeply human.

It’s why we start with deep
listening: to your body,
your patterns, beliefs
and history.

And then we build. One day,
one session, at a time, with:

Therapy that holds all of you.
Nutrition that sustains, not punishes.
Spiritual direction that meets you where you are.
Training that builds the body you need
for the life you want.

THE EXPERIENCE

Marrow & Loom is for those who are tired of being split into parts.

This is not about surface-level improvement. It’s about infrastructure—building systems of strength and steadiness that last. Not just while you’re thriving, but especially when you’re not.

Here, your care is whole. Not in theory, but how it's both delivered and experienced. Because Marrow is what’s essential. And the Loom is both the structure and the becoming—what’s ahead, what’s emerging, what’s yours.

THE EXPERIENCE

I’ve stood behind lab benches and pulpits. Trained elite athletes. Supported special operations teams. Built systems for multimillion-dollar organizations—and been pushed out of faith spaces for who I am.These experiences, and the tensions between them, shape this work.

I hold a PhD in Exercise Physiology, an MDiv, and an MSW. My career has spanned performance science, trauma recovery, spiritual care, and public health leadership. I’ve worked both with people at the peak of performance and at the edge of survival.

And I’ve learned that neither strength nor suffering tells the whole story. I founded Marrow & Loom because I couldn’t find the kind of care I knew was possible—one that honors the complexity of the human experience, leads with truth and goes deep beyond the surface.

Not influencer-led wellness trends.
Not one-size-fits all therapy sessions.
Not spiritual bypassing wrapped in meditation retreats.

But real, rigorous, integrated care for the full human person.

Delivered by practitioners devoted to mastery—and to working as one.

Shaped by tension.
Formed by truth.

The Collective

Who you are

Self-help is everywhere: the books, podcasts, and programs promising transformation if you simply “do” more. But you’ve tried that. And you’ve improved everything except what’s most essential: how you actually feel.

What you're seeking isn't happiness—those moments are fleeting. What you're seeking is a sense of self: those rare moments when you feel whole: free, embodied, and deeply alive.

By creating the space and scaffolding for this becoming, life begins to move within that rhythm again. Not because it's effortless, but because it's aligned with the truest version of you.

So I’ll ask you gently, but clearly: Who are you, really? Not who you’re trying to be. Not who others expect. If you’re ready to answer that—-not through pressure or platitudes, but through real, grounded care—this is a place built for that.
